"Cosmic Harmonies", featuring Dr. Jillian Camwell on oboe, and Dr. Hui-Ting Yang on piano. Robert W. Smith's new oboe concerto is inspired by three art works by Fred "Nall" Hollis. Audience members will be immersed in the art and music, as each of the three movements is performed in front of the original art piece. The works will be introduced by IAC Director Carrie Jaxon, while Robert W. Smith will describe the compositional process. Reception to follow. Limited seating. Audience members may also stand.
